You can do it by 3 methods (as far as I know, please correct me if I am wrong):
1. Streaming Raspberry Pi Camera H264 into HTML over RTMP

and it is working with about 5-6 sec delay with JWPlayer

or 1-2 secs with Strobe Media Player
here is what has worked for me:

2. Motion – MMAL camera

I have not tried that one yet …
3. MJPG-streamer
I have managed to get it work, installing in via svn as per my post here:
